Resolved - Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing delay in processing of data points. Since it happens overnight, we reacted to late to the incident, which subsequently leads to storage overflow in one of the messaging system replica. This leads to the unfortunate incident on which data coming in after the storage overflowed until we manage to recover the service being discarded.

The platform are now recovered, and we'll continue to monitor for any potential issue. We deeply apologize for the issue and the inconvenience it may caused.

Resolved - The issue was identified as an over-allocation of resources (memory) on a specific server node. Temporarily increasing the number of server nodes and draining the tainted node force the resource planner to redistribute the services balancing out the resource allocation across all available nodes.

All our service are now back to normal. We'll continue to discuss internally for ways to improve the resource allocation planning to avoid similar issue.

Investigating - Our monitoring system indicated an issue with one of the server node which are used to host our services. We're currently all-hands in investigating the issue.
